Privacy policy

What we collect

When you send the free IT call form, we receive your name and email address, plus anything else you choose to add: phone number, company, number of computers, and a message. We also record the date and time, the page that referred you, any campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example which ad or email brought you here), your IP address, and your browser type, which help us spot spam and measure which campaigns work.

This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and it does not set cookies of its own.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to answer your request: to contact you, arrange a call, and recommend a plan. We do not add you to a newsletter or mailing list, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are stored on servers we operate and delivered to our team by email. Page text is displayed using fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to load them, and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. We share information with others only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

If you become a client, your details become part of your account records. If you do not, we delete form submissions within 24 months. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or tell us to stop contacting you, by emailing privacy@nbsincorp.com or calling 321-321-3417. We respond within 30 days.

Security

The site is served only over an encrypted connection. Submissions are stored outside the public website folder with access limited to our team.

Children

This site is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
